The 11th batch of proposed pesticide registration approvals has been announced—let’s take a look at which products are included.

　　In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law and the Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides, the Pesticide Testing Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture recently approved the registration of 348 pesticide products, including 29 technical-grade (active ingredient) formulations (see Table 1 for details), 132 suspension concentrates, 14 granules, 20 wettable powders, 14 emulsifiable concentrates, 45 aqueous solutions, 40 water-dispersible granules, and 54 other formulations.

Eight products related to florasulam, which has just expired its patent protection, have been identified (see Table 2 for details), including two new technical-grade active ingredients developed by Anhui Guangxin Agrochemical Co., Ltd. and Xiangshui Zhongshan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, 18 products related to pyraclostrobin have been identified (see Table 3 for details), including one new technical-grade active ingredient developed by Jiangsu Anbang Electrochemical Co., Ltd.
