◆ Product Performance:
This formulation is a pre-emergence soil-applied herbicide for rice fields, composed of propyzamide, butachlor, and cyhalofop-butyl. After application, the active ingredients form a protective film on the soil surface, effectively controlling target weeds at the germination stage. It is effective against a wide range of paddy weeds, including barnyardgrass, Echinochloa crus-galli, Spirogyra, Najas marina, Cyperus difformis, Scirpus juncoides, Eleocharis tuberosa, Monochoria vaginalis, Monotropa uniflora, and Polygonum aviculare in transplanted rice fields.
◆ Technical requirements for use:
1. Apply 3–7 days before rice transplanting, when barnyardgrass is at the one-leaf stage and the paddy field has been flooded and leveled to a muddy or clear-water condition; dilute 10 kg of product per mu and evenly broadcast it using the sprayer nozzle. After application, maintain a water depth of 3–5 cm for 5–7 days. 2. Do not apply the product on windy days or when rain is forecast within the next hour. 3. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, and ensure that the water level after transplanting does not submerge the heart leaves of the rice plants to avoid phytotoxicity. 4. Use no more than once per crop season.
