Product Performance:

This product is a selective pre- and post-emergence herbicide that exerts its activity through contact and absorption by weed seedlings or young plants. Weeds absorb the active ingredient primarily via their aboveground parts. Once inside the plant, the herbicide accumulates in the meristematic regions, where it inhibits cell division and elongation, leading to tissue necrosis and death of the weeds. The herbicidal effect is manifested only under light conditions; however, it does not interfere with the Hill reaction of photosynthesis. Weeds are sensitive to this herbicide from emergence through the 2–3 leaf stage, with the most effective application occurring during the emergence phase.
